Charles Steele was recognized on Friday, April 17, at the Louisiana Association of Public Charter Schools Celebration of Excellence.
The event recognized Louisiana charter school seniors who exemplify excellence through academic achievement, leadership, growth, resilience, and a clear commitment ot their future.
“Being recognized by the Louisiana Association of Public Charter Schools was an honor,” Steele said. “It showed me that my effort in school, and for UVA, was recognized and noticed. It helped me see how much I’ve accomplished.”
UVA Superintendent Quentina Timoll joined Steele at the ceremony in New Orleans to celebrate his hard work and dedication.
