Merit Scholarship Award
University View Academy Senior Arabella Jennings was awarded a Merit Scholarship to the University of Louisiana Monroe to continue her education after graduation in May. Jennings is from Rayville and will become the first student to graduate from University View Academy with an Associate degree from Northwestern State University. She will have earned enough credits upon successful completion of her dual enrollment college courses this semester. Jennings is competing in the State Literary Rally in April after placing 2nd in Environmental Science at the District Rally at Louisiana Tech in February. Congratulations to her and good luck at the state rally!
