“I have a special love for primary care but am excited to explore other areas of medicine in the coming years,” Chaney-Martinez shared. “I’m very grateful for the opportunities UVA provides me through this educational path. I know my teachers and my fellow students work very hard— this award represents just how much they’ve poured into me.”
