Elementary School – Bryan Tadlock (Academic Dean)
“As Academic Dean, Mr. Tadlock consistently exemplifies servant leadership through his unwavering support of both student engagement and teacher success. Mr. Tadlock has a remarkable ability to remain calm, patient, and solutions-oriented; even in the midst of challenging seasons filled with Paycom questions, paperwork demands and planning pressures. Staff members consistently share that he brings reassurance and clarity during stressful moments. One teacher described how he “restores peace and tranquility to the situation, leaving you feeling like the master problem solver of the world when in reality, he was there offering support and guidance every step of the way.” His steady presence transforms potential stress into productive problem-solving, creating true win-win outcomes for everyone involved.
Beyond operational support, he goes above and beyond to ensure our elementary students are successful. Teachers have specifically noted their gratitude for the countless phone calls he makes to families and the proactive communication he provides. These efforts are not just tasks checked off a list – they are meaningful touch points that strengthen partnerships, increase accountability and directly impact student achievement. Middle School – Jessica Barnes (ELA)

High School – Amy Bergeron (Geometry)
