On Friday, July 25, University View Academy (UVA) celebrated 11 summer graduates of the class of 2025 at UVA’s conference center.
Proud families gathered together, filling the rows of seating to support their students. Principal Sharon Sims congratulated attendees, who then received their diplomas from Deputy Superintendent Lekisha Chambers.
Board President Linda Holliday led graduates in the traditional turning of the tassel, and the new alumni completed their time as UVA students in a recessional to the lobby. Alumni and families then enjoyed a brief reception to conclude the day.
We wish our graduates well as they leave UVA to continue on their journeys of lifelong learning.
