Samantha Armentor Awarded UL Lafayette’s Top Scholarship
University View Academy Senior Samantha Armentor was awarded UL Lafayette’s highest scholarship award for recently being selected as a National Merit Scholarship Finalist. The Jefferson Caffery Scholarship from UL Lafayette is valued at more than $64,000. She was one of 15,000 finalists selected nationwide by National Merit. Samantha is from New Iberia and is University View Academy’s first National Merit Finalist but did not receive the scholarship from the organization. She recently participated in the State Literary Rally at LSU and is active in the University View Academy Chapter of the National Beta Club.
