K-12 online charter school granted four-year renewal at December BESE meeting.

(BATON ROUGE, LA) – University View Academy (UVA), an innovative K-12 online public charter school committed to providing a statewide school choice that accommodates the needs of all learners, is pleased to announce that it has been renewed as a Type 2 BESE-Authorized Charter School. This milestone allows UVA to continue serving over 3,700 Louisiana students and families for another four years. The renewal comes after a thorough review process by the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education along with the Louisiana Department of Education.
